Improved designs, Improved performance
Klacci puts product quality as a priority and continuously seeks ways to improve their product performance. This product has been designed, tested and verified with the goal of not only conforming to the strict requirements of ANSI/BHMA A156.2, but exceed them. Klacci is proud to present you with a product that surpasses all limits. The LF Series cylindrical locks have been designed using advanced design concepts and the most rigorous of testings, taking product quality to a whole new level of performance and durability.
New features
- Improved Chassis Hubs add overall Strength.
- Spring catridge prevents lever sagging.
- Spindle provides durability.
- Exceeds by more than twice the minimum cycle requirements described in ANSI/BHMA A156.2.
- Chassis compatible with 3 types of lever: Standard, SFIC, FSIC.
- One-step and Two-step Rose designs available to choose from.

A Heavier rose liners material provides more attack resistance.
B The chassis is designed to resist forcible entry attempts; it exceeds Grade 1 abusive load without showing signs of breakage.
C The outside and inside hubs provide increased wear resistance against spindle.
D The spring cartridge inside the hub adds stability to the lever, effectively prevents the lever from sagging over high traffic usage.
E Standard clutch feature provides protection against abusive conditions.
F Special handle options such as Knurled Lever or Anti-microbial Coating available.
G Switching between FSIC/SFIC/STD lever trims allows a versatile application range.
H Threaded outside rose assembly adjustable for door thickness without removing keyed lever.
I Spindle design provides outstanding performance and durability which is reflected in the product’s long life cycle.
J Latchbolt designed with a smooth curved surface, thus reducing friction.
Miscellaneous
Trims
Made of high-quality zinc alloy and available in wide range of finishes.
Additional Options
Anti-microbial Coating
An optional anti-microbial coating can be applied. Specially formulated to prevent bacterial growth on door handle surface. Suitable for high-traffic applications in high-sanitary demanding locations. To order, add prefix AC.
Knurled Lever
Grooves are machined onto the outer lever for an improved grip. Sensory warning for blindness or other safety applications in hazardous area.
To order, add prefix KL
Electrical Options

LF Series cylindrical locks are also available for electrified options for access control systems in high-security applications.
Options
RX – Request to Exit
The RX feature is used to signal the use of an opening. Equipped with one internal SPDT switch which monitors the turning of the lever. The device can be connected to a security console or may be used as a single door alarm when used with a horn and power supply.
EL – Electrically Locked (Fail Safe)
Fail Safe locks require power to lock. In the event of a power outage the door will automatically unlock, thus ensuring a safe egress during emergency situations.
EU – Electrically Unlocked (Fail Secure)
Fail Secure locks require power to unlock. In the event of a power outage the door will automatically lock, thus preventing access and protecting all assets within it.
The use of this feature is not permitted on fire doors.
Electrical requirements
Electrified functions – EU and EL
- 24 Volts AC/DC +/- 10% Operating current 0.145 Amp.
- 12 Volts AC/DC +/- 10% Operating current 0.293 Amp.
* All solenoids are continuous duty type.
* White heat shrinkable tubings on solenoid leads designates 12 volt.
RX Functions
- Voltage 250 VAC. Current rating 1 Amp. Wire leads 22 Awg.
The 3-wire utilizes a UL recognized SPDT switch providing a choice of:
* For normally closed operation use the white (COM.) and gray wires.
* For normally open operation use the white (COM.) and purple wires.
